Returns & Cancellation Policy
SPLURGE commits quality & will ensure the same is experienced by our customers at all times.
The returns would be applicable in the following situation:
(a) WRONG PRODUCT IS SHIPPED
In case of a wrong product, which is not as per the Purchase Order, the customer is liable for the return of the same. However this has to be notified to our Customer Care within 24hrs of receiving the order, along with a photograph & the invoice of the purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If eligible, we will replace it with the one you ordered for, without any additional shipping charges & the shipping charges borne for sending the courier will also be refunded.
(b) CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS
SPLURGE 3rd party courier Service will attempt thrice to deliver the goods (If not available on first attempt). In case of non-availability of the customer, the goods will be returned to our address. In this case the Purchase Order will be termed as Null & Void. Courier charges for this shipment would be borne by the customer. If the customer wants the goods to be delivered again then additional courier charges have to be borne from the customer’s end.
(c) DAMAGED GOODS
In case you feel that the product received is damaged/defective & not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with a photograph & the invoice of the purchase. The Customer Care after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. Please write/call our Customer Care for more details.
- In order to serve you better, we start with processing your order as soon as we receive it. Nevertheless, cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. The cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have initiated the process of shipping them.
- This policy is not applicable for the purchases under ‘Splurge of the Week’. These are special promotion offers & have a limited quantity, hence cancellations are not possible.

Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders
We make every possible effort to protect you from unauthorized activities on our website to let you experience a hassle free shopping with us. We regularly monitor the website for fraudulent activity. On detection of any suspicious activity, we can cancel the orders at our own discretion.
